Social Services is looking for ADA Entry for their main entrance to their building. Demo and replace two single doors with a sidelite in between them, replacing two additional windows with storefront windows and break metal. Wiring for new electric accessible doors with openers and buttons. Replace single foyer door and install new foyer metal door that is level with the concrete. Direct all inquiries concerning this RFP to: County of Anson Attn: Wendell Small, Facilities Director 845 Airport Road Wadesboro, NC 28170 wsmall@ansoncountync.gov Questions concerning the specifications in this Request for Proposals will be addressed at the scheduled site walkthrough. A summary of all questions and answers will be posted on the Internet as an addendum. It is the offeror's responsibility to assure that all addenda have been reviewed and, if need be, signed and returned. Proposals in one (1) original and three (3) copies will be received from each offeror in an envelope or package. Each original shall be signed and dated by an official authorized to bind the firm. Unsigned proposals will not be considered. The contract period will begin from the awarded date and will continue until June 30, 2023.
