The RFQ includes a preliminary scope of work and general terms and conditions of any subsequent contract. The scope of services, as defined herein, may be modified after final selection of the ARCHITECT. The general terms and conditions are part of any submitted response and will be incorporated into any subsequent contract. Submission shall constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions. Conditional responses may be rejected. It is the goal of the City to promote local and minority business participation in all construction and service contracts.
