Renovation of a multi-residential development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Arleta Manor (7 and 11 Arleta Ave) buildings are constructed around 1972. The development consist of two 4-storey apartment blocks connected with one storey common recreational building. Development totaling 372 residential units and since its opening functions as residential building for senior tenants. Pelham Park Garden (61 Pelham Park Ave) buildings are constructed around 1968.The housing complex comprised of one 17-storey apartment buildings and 6 blocks of 2 to 3 storey townhouses. Development totaling 455 residential units. Subject to current RFP for interior reconstruction is only the high rise apartment building. In an effort to provide a complete renovation, enhance functionality and quality of life, TCHC initiate current construction projects to implement interior renovation and accessibility improvements at apartment building's common areas, elevator lobbies and amenity spaces at upper floors. This RFP Category of Work is categorized as Construction. The scope of work in this RFP is sub-categorized as Interior General Construction Work. Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking a Vendor for the provision of construction services at 7 Arleta Ave, 11 Arleta Ave and 61 Pelham Park Gardens. TCHC will be awarding each location to the lowest total priced Proposal. The Work is to be completed in one phase and shall be awarded as it has received budgetary approval. The work is expected to be awarded and completed between the years of 2023 to 2025 pending budgetary availability and contractor performance.
