Reference Number; 0000314376 The Road Commission for Oakland County is requesting proposals for Removal and Installation of HVAC Units (2) - Beverly Hills Building located at 31001 Lahser Road, Beverly Hills, MI 48025. Lump-sum proposal pricing. Question Acceptance Deadline: 03/30/2023 12:00 AM EDT Questions are submitted online: No Buyer's Requirements General Requirements - FOB Destination Award Requirements - Reserve Rights to Award by Line Item o The project consists of the following specifications: o Evacuation and disposal of existing R-22 refrigerant. o Remove 2 furnaces, evaporators and condensing units. o Supply and install 2 new furnaces meeting current BTU and CFM with a stainless steel heat exchanger and an air filter housing, condensers and cased evaporator coils using R-410A or R-454B. o Units must meet the energy efficiency SEER rating and meet M1 standards for 2023. o Remove old HVAC tubing from walls and ceilings. Run approximately 100 feet of new tubing, high and low pressure, per unit. RCOC will complete drywall repairs after construction. o Fabricate new sheet metal transitions to connect furnace to duct work. o Vent the new furnaces to the existing furnace vents. o Install new thermostat for each unit with remote sensors if applicable. o Complete startup and system checks for each unit.
