Question Acceptance Deadline 04/14/2023 05:30 PM EDT The City of Ellsworth is extending a sewer line to accommodate a new facility for Rolling Hills Electric Cooperative. To do so, we need a vendor to excavate and install a new section of sewer line about 350 feet long through a newly established utility easement. The City will provide the pipe, manholes, engineering, and plans. The City requests the labor to be done by the prospective bidder including installing manholes as well as have the equipment to move the manholes.
