Project Summary The initial contract is for a period of one (1) firm year with two extension possibilities of one (1) year each. This extension is at the discretion of the CISSS Montérégie-Centre. The option to extend the contract or not must be communicated in writing to the SERVICE PROVIDER within thirty (30) days preceding the anniversary date.
