Notice is hereby given that on the 5th day of April, 2023, at Fort Collins, Colorado final settlement will be made by the County of Larimer with LMS Drilling, Inc., 10420 E 107th Place, Brighton, Colorado 80601, herein after called the "Contractor" for and on account of the contract for Bid No. B22-13, Project No. 6019 - Slide Repair at CR 38E West of CR 23. Any person(s), co-partnership, association or corporation having an unpaid claim against said project, for or on account of the furnishing of labor, material, team hire, sustenance, provisions, provender or other supplies consumed by such contractor or any of his subcontractors in or about the performance of said work, may, at any time up to and including said time of final settlement, file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim. Failure on the part of the creditor to file such statement subsequent to such final settlement will relieve the County of Larimer from any and all liability for such claim.
