The work will consist of the Contractor milling approximately 94,915 s.y., installing approximately 9,220 tons of level course, 94,915 s.y. of 1-34" wearing course (9.5 mm, PG 64-22, 0.0 to 0.3 million ESAL's SRL-M) and appurtenances. No Bid Proposal shall be withdrawn for 60 calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids.
