**As of April 21, 2023 , this project has been awarded to Autry Grading, Inc for 167,534.00.** The Hope Mills Parks Recreation Department (HMPR) is seeking proposals for the Municipal Park Splash Pad Utilities Installation Project, Municipal Park, 5766 Rockfish Road, Hope Mills, NC 28348. Proposals should include the Contractor's License number, and shall use the attached bid form only All questions shall be in writing via email, no later than close of business on March 30, 2023. For further information contact Maxey Dove at (910) 426-4108. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received. In general, the project consists of the following: o Excavations and Trenching for the installation of sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and water service to splash pad. o Sanitary Sewer - Installation of approximately 630 linear feet of 8" SDR-26 PVC sanitary sewer pipe and approximately 175 linear feet of 6" cleanout, and six sanitary sewer manholes. Connect to existing service (Refer to sheets (C4.02 and C4.02) o Water Tap Service - Installation of approximately 100 linear feet of 2"copper water service, including a 2" globe valve, 1 1/2 water meter and a 2 inch reduce pressure backflow preventer. Provide water to proposed mechanical enclosure for splash pad (refer to sheet C4.00) o Storm Drainage - Installation of approximately 300 linear feet of 8" HDPE pipe, and one 18" Nyloplast yard inlet (Refer to sheet C3.00). Note: The Contractor is responsible for field verifying for exact measurements and quantity of materials. Question Deadline 03/30/2023
