The scope of work consists of providing labor and materials necessary for the installation of approximately 2,174 lineal feet of 8" PVC waterline, together with necessary connections to existing waterlines, connection of existing water service laterals, main line valves, fire hydrants, pavement planing/resurfacing, and other appurtenances. The Village of Wakeman, Ohio reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularity in any bid and to determine the lowest and best bidder. THE USE OF DOMESTIC STEEL AND MADE IN USA PRODUCTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED/USED FOR ALL MATERIAL ASPECTS/COMPONENTS OF THIS PROJECT. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of 90 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. This project is being partially funded by the Ohio Public Works Commission and the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency s Water Supply Revolving Loan Account (WSRLA) with Build America Buy America requirements.
