The NYS Office of Mental Health and the Creedmoor Psychiatric Center are seeking a qualified vendor to provide Preventive Maintenance Services for Chillers and Ancillary Equipment at the Rockland Psychiatric Center. The specific deliverables are outlined in Appendix D of the attached contract boilerplate. Questions are due per the instructions in the IFB by End of Business on Thursday, April 6th, 2023.
