The bidder is required to provide all information as required within the Contract Documents. The bidder is required to bid on all items of every schedule or as otherwise detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids may be held by Casper/Natrona County International Airport Board of Trustees for a period not to exceed 30 calendar days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of evaluating bids prior to award of contract. The right is reserved, as Casper/Natrona County International Airport Board of Trustees may require, to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received. Preference will be given to materials, supplies, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied or grown in Wyoming, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside of the state. When applicable, a percentile preferential will be accomplished or allowed in the following manner. Preference will be given to Wyoming bidders. The contract shall be let to the responsible resident making the lowest proposal, if such residents proposal is not more than five percent (5%) higher than that of the lowest responsible non-resident bidder. A successful resident bidder (resident as defined by Wyoming Statute) shall not subcontract more than thirty percent (30%) of the work covered by his contract to nonresident contractors. Guarantee will be required with each bid as a certified check on a solvent bank or a Bid Bond in the amount of five (5) % of the total amount of the bid, made payable to the Casper/Natrona County International Airport Board of Trustees. Performance & Payment Bond. The successful bidder will be required to furnish separate performance and payment bonds each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price.
