Renovation of a religious / funeral development in Winona, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a religious / funeral development.
The City of Winona had announced that sealed bids were being requested for the Masonic Temple HVAC System Upgrades and by the City of Winona, Minnesota. Work consists of replacement of existing mechanical systems to provide new HVAC and related support work at the City's Masonic Temple Building at 255 Main Street. The Project shall consist of the following major tasks Mechanical upgrades to remove failing, aging, and obsolete equipment and replace with new energy efficient HVAC system. Electrical upgrades to support new HVAC system. Architectural work in support of new mechanical, to protect historical integrity of the building. Scope includes shaft walls, louvers, woodwork, and painting The Owner reserves the right to retain the deposits of the 3 lowest bidders until a contract is executed. No Bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids.
