A timeline for award has not yet been established.* The City of Greenacres, Florida is soliciting bid proposals from experienced and qualified companies to provide upgrades to the Banquet Hall located at 501 Swain Blvd., Greenacres, FL 33463. After the bid has been awarded, no extra charge or compensation will be allowed as a result of failure to attend the conference and resulting site visit. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bid proposals and to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein. The City further reserves the right to award the agreement to that bidder whose bid proposal best complies with the specifications. Bidders may withdraw their bid proposals by notifying the City in writing at any time prior to the deadline for bid proposal submittal. After the deadline, the bid proposal will constitute an irrevocable offer, for a period of sixty (60) days. Once opened, bid proposals become a record of the City and will not be returned to the bidders. The Director of Purchasing will receive written requests for clarification concerning the meaning or interpretations of this bid, until ten (10) days prior to the submittal date.
