CCTV Cabling in Various Boston Public Schools Contact Information Lisa Hoang Bidderinfo@bostonpublicschools.org 617-799-1616 The City of Boston Public Schools (the City), acting by and through its Director of Facili- ties Management (the awarding authority), invites sealed bids for the above-titled project, subject to the applicable provisions of the law, including, without limitation, M.G.L. c.149 as amended, and by the terms and conditions of the law of the contract documents entitled: CCTV Cabling in Various Boston Public Schools. The City intends to award one (1) contract to the lowest and most responsible bidder. The scope of work is detailed in the bid package. Boston Public Schools is seeking companies with demonstrated ability and experience in this type ofinstallation. The contract pricewill be a not to exceed amount based on perlinear footfor a total of $3,000,000.00.The contract period will be three (3) years starting from the date of execution by the City official. The linear foot price shall include all contractor costs ( insurance, bidbonds, etc.) and all equipment and labor listed belowfor a complete installation.
