Renovation of a mixed-use development in Durango, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and residential development.
The City of Durango, in partnership with Twin Buttes, is seeking competitive proposals from well qualified development teams with the capacity and the necessary expertise to design and develop a workforce housing project, to include all planning, engineering, architectural and construction services necessary, for a site located at 271 Twin Buttes Avenue, Durango, Colorado. 271 Twin Buttes Avenue is the former site of the Animas High School, which moved to their new location on the Fort Lewis College campus in the beginning of 2023. All former school buildings and infrastructure will be removed from the site by June 30, 2023. Question Deadline 04/07/2023 at 3:00 PM MT Question Acceptance Deadline online.
