Scope of work involves approximately 345 SF of existing space for the construction of new Americans with Disability Act (ADA) compliant Restroom and Shower/Locker Room, including: removals of existing masonry partitions, select in floor/underground removals for plumbing, new metal stud/drywall partitions, doors/frames/hardware, architectural elements, plumbing fixtures and accessories, showers, lockers, and benches.
