Site work for a water / sewer project in Wayland, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Town of Wayland, Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority, is seeking bids from qualified firms for the replacement of drainage structures (manholes & catch basins) as well as replacement of drain pipes. Storm water outfalls will be fortified and restored through this contract, so that the soil erosion and scour are minimized. This IFB is in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30-39M. The attention of all respondents is directed to the provisions of the contract document and specifically to the requirements for insurance, as may be applicable. The Town of Wayland reserves the right to accept any proposals, in whole or in part, to reject any/or all proposals and to waive minor irregularities and/or informalities as it deems to be in the best interest of the Town.
