The River Valley Unified School District (RVUSD) is accepting bids to replace the windows at the Wardsboro Elementary School. Project shall include: a. Removal and installation of all windows specified on attached building schematic. b. The removal and replacement of all current window trim inside and outside. c. The exterior trim shall be PVC board 5/4" trim boards, nail filled and painted by Vendor. d. The interior trim shall be nail filled, caulked and painted by Vendor. e. The project shall include time and materials to repairs to any interior walls. f. The Vendor shall include a labor rate for any necessary repairs above and beyond the specified project requirements. And change orders shall be approved by the Director of Operations or the Building Administrator prior to any materials to be purchased. g. Removal and disposal of all building materials will be provided by the Vendor.
