The LMWD specifically reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities or informalities in any or all bids and to accept any bid which is deemed to be in the best interest of the LMWD. This section covers furnishing 8000 Gallon Fiberglass Storage Tank. Laguna Madre Water District has the need to replace storage tank with a new, unused one. All equipment included in this section shall be furnished by a single supplier who shall be responsible for the design, coordination, and the satisfactory operation of the part. Accessories not specially mentioned herein, but necessary to furnish complete storage tank ready for use, shall also be included. Storage tank shall conform to the best practice known to the body trade in design, quality of material and workmanship. Two 2 sets of the bid documents shall be enclosed shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope and shall be plainly marked on the outside of the envelope and on any carriers envelope gallon fiberglass storage tank.
