As of February 9, 2024, construction is underway and will be complete August 2024. Location: 400 E. Ross St. (Greenwood Elementary) 800 Goingsnake St. (Cherokee Elementary) Tahlequah, OK 74464 A. The General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, and Division 1 are hereby made a part of each of the technical sections that follow and shall be understood to apply and shall apply in full to all individuals or corporations who contract or subcontract to perform any part or all of the project work. B. Indications on the Drawings or in any section of the Specifications of an article or material, operation, or method, requires that the Contractor shall provide each item or service, or quality, or is subject to qualifications noted and the Contractor shall perform each operation prescribed according to the conditions stated providing, therefore, all necessary labor, equipment and incidentals to complete the project work. C. The following is the SCOPE OF WORK to be performed by each Contractor for each Bid Package. All Contractors shall coordinate with each trade the exact location of existing equipment, piping, etc., before any work begins. This summary of work in no way limits the Contractor's responsibility to provide fully operational facilities as shown on the Drawings and specified herein. For bids more than $50,000.00, a Cashier's Check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder.
