Only contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in a province covered by this agreement and holding, where applicable, an appropriate construction contractor's license issued by the Régie des Quebec construction companies. Documents The tender documents may be obtained as of March 20, 2023 via the electronic tendering service . The contract management policy is an integral part of all tender documents with which tenderers must comply. Bidders are invited to read it and complete the Bidder's Declaration to attach it to their bid. The municipality of Saint-Mathias-sur-Richelieu commissioned the firm to answer questions.
