St. Bernard Parish Government Guerenger Canal Bridge Addition This project consists of furnishing all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct a new road and bridge over the Guerenger Canal in St. Bernard Parish to provide access to the new Entergy substation. The Contractor shall hold a Louisiana Contractors license in Highway, Street &Bridge Classification. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check or bid bond acceptable to the Owner in the amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount bid and payable without condition to the Owner as a guarantee that the bidder, if awarded the contract, will promptly execute a contract in accordance with all terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. Deposits on the first set of documents furnished bona fide prime bidders will be fully refunded upon return of the documents no later than ten (10) days after receipt of bids. On other sets of documents furnished to bidders the deposit less actual cost of reproduction will be refunded upon return of the documents no later than ten (10) days after receipt of bids. Questions about this procedure shall be directed to the Architect/Engineer.
