Upgrades, repairs and improvements to Legendre Building of Marie-Rivier elementary school. The scope of the project includes repair and restoration of facades, repair of brick and stone masonry cladding, replacement of awnings, doors and exterior lighting system. TIMELINE: The project is currently on hold, awaiting the school board's final decision before proceeding. Further updates and the implementation schedule are expected later this year. Further update in late 2026.
