This is a mandate for the deforestation, shaping, drainage over 1353 meters (and correction of shaping over 472 meters) of the Lac Rocher resort road (municipality of Rémigny). The tender documents are available on the website Electronic Tendering System and at the MRC. The validity period for submissions is 90 days. Tenders may only be transmitted electronically through the Québec Government's Electronic Tendering System . The MRC de Témiscamingue reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or refuse any or all of the submissions received. The MRC de Témiscamingue is not bound to accept the lowest or any other tender. The MRC de Témiscamingue reserves the right to entirely cancel this call for tenders without incurring any costs on the part of the tenderer(s) or the successful bidder (eg: tenders higher than the market rate). The MRC de Témiscamingue does not in any way engage its responsibility towards the tenderers as a result of this tender. *Award subject to final approval
