Fire Station 1 is located at 169 S Hill Street, New Braunfels, TX 78130. Detailed specifications are provided below. o Door dimensions o Width - 13'3" o Height - 14'4" o Opening width - 13'3" o Opening Height - 14'4" o Operation type o Electric o Mounting type o Standard o Door rollers need to be made of medal for stability. o Door must be red with windows built in as per the first picture in 4.2. 4.2 Scope of Work o Contractor shall be able to transport five Powder Coated Rolling Steel Door with Slats and Operator to Fire station o Contractor shall be able to provide lift equipment o Contractor shall install all mechanic portions one door at a time o Contractor shall Have dedicated customer service reps and on call maintenance to include weekends. o Contractor shall have the ability to start project within 30 days of contract signing. We understand there may be delays in lead time for the items. Please include lead time in your proposal o Contractor shall remove and haul away existing equipment no longer needed, and all other debris to be included in the lump sum price. o The city is interested in warranty and long-term service options so include them in your proposal o All costs, including shipping, are to be incorporated in bid amount, and no additional fees, surcharges, costs or expenses will be billed to or paid by the City o Doors should be a shade similar to Fire Engine Red o No Insulation is necessary o 6 rows of 3 lights will be acceptable o The City is open to any manufacturer o A spring life of 100,000 cycles is acceptable. o Please include pricing for 6' curtain of lights, remote controls, and red/green signal lights.
