For the following projects: Contract 1/2023 will consist of the Contractor installing approximately 2,000 tons of (2" Depth) 9.5mm Wearing Course (PG 64-22, 3.0 to 10.0 million ESAL's SRL-M), 400 tons of (2" Depth) 19mm Binder Course (PG 64-22, 3.0 to 10.0 million ESAL'S SRL-M), Keyways, and Traffic Control Measures. Contract 2/2023 will consist of the Contractor, installing approximately 70 tons of (2" Depth) 19mm Binder Course (PG 64-22, 3.0 to 10.0 million ESAL'S SRL-M), 950 s.y. of Leveling Course (9.5mm PG 64-22, 3.0 to 10.0 million ESAL'S SRL-M), 560 s.y. of 1" Wearing Course (9.5mm PG 64-22, 3.0 to 10.0 million ESAL's SRL-M), 17,035 s.y. of 1/2" Wearing Course (9.5mm, PG 64-22, 3.0 to 10.0 million ESAL's SRL-M), 9,240 s.y. of 2" Wearing Course (9.5mm, PG 64-22, 3.0 to 10.0 million ESAL's SRL-M), 8,170 s.y. Asphalt Paving Fabric, Keyways, and Traffic Control Measures. The Contractor shall inspect and review each roadway of each projects' area prior to submitting a bid The Contractor is advised that the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage requirements apply to both projects as determined by the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Industry. Notice is hereby given that the contractors are subject to provisions of the Public Works Employment Verification Act. Each Proposal shall be accompanied with a certified check or Bidder's Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal, in favor of Dunbar Township.
