SPS requires emergency and minor roofing repair services for 58 of our facilities. Materials required for roofing repairs are to be inclusive of all costs at the various locations where they are required. The Contractor will supply all equipment, materials, labour and supervision as well as any permits and associated requirements necessary to complete roof repairs at SPS facilities during the term of the contract. All 58 facilities are located within Saskatoon city limits with the exception of the Brightwater Science, Environmental and Indigenous Learning Centre located approximately 14 kilometers south of Saskatoon. SPS is requesting proposals from qualified companies for the provision of emergency and minor roof repair services as may be required by the schools and offices within SPS. Contract start date: September 1, 2023. Questions are to be submitted in writing to the RFP contact name and email address noted. A Proposal Submission Checklist is included below to assist Proponents in bid preparation and ensuring Proponents are submitting all required documents with their proposals.
