Successful Bidder to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment as necessary to provide complete and continuous landscape maintenance services at the VIRGINIA BEACH CONVENTION CENTER located at 1000 19th Street, Virginia Beach Virginia 23451. The listed areas and attached spreadsheet are estimates only. The Successful Bidder is responsible for maintaining all landscape areas at the submitted unit cost and at no additional cost to the City. When directed by the Owner or designee the Successful Bidder shall speak with and meet with the assigned Park & Landscape Services Inspector on the site upon which the work is to be performed. The purpose, to discuss the nature and extent of the work required to be performed at each location. Failure of the Successful Bidder to meet with the Park & Landscape Services Inspector shall not relieve the Successful Bidder of the responsibility for the proper execution of the work assigned in accordance with the specifications contained herein. All routine maintenance including litter control, mowing, and trimming, edging, soft surface weed control and hard surface weed control shall be performed on Wednesday of each 7-day cycle.
