HRL Flooring Replacement Project, Location- 45 Upper College Rd South Kingstown, RI 02881. Question Deadline 04/04/2023 at 12:00 PM ET Questions are to be submitted in a Microsoft Word document to: URIPurchasing@uri.edu The Project consists of the following: 1. Flooring Replacement in Heathman, Gorham, Fayerweather and Hillside Halls including the following: a) Remove and replace flooring in stairwells, corridors and bedrooms as indicated on Floor Plans. 1) Remove existing VCT, carpeting, rubber flooring and resilient base. 2) Provide new LVT flooring and resilient base in corridors, new resilient sheet flooring and resilient base in bedrooms, and new rubber flooring, and walk off mats in stairwells. b) Refer to Phasing for each Hall in Project Scope Notes on Drawings. 2. Flooring Replacement in Laundry rooms in multiple Halls indicated including the following: a) Remove existing flooring and transition strips and provide new rubber flooring, base and transition strips. Start of Construction May 15, 2023 o Substantial Completion October 31, 2023 o Final Completion November 30, 2023
