No Payment Shall Be Made on Any Contract for Which No Such Affidavit Has Been Submitted. Attention is Also Directed to All Bidders That Trumbull County Adopted a New Drug and Alcohol-free Workplace Policy on September 7th, 2016, and the Terms of This Policy Also Apply to Any Contractors Directly Reimbursed for Services Through the County; a Copy of the Policy to Be Part of Proposal, and That Each Proposal Be Accompanied by a Sign-off Sheet Duly Signed by the Bidder Thereof.
