Lump Qty: 971 cu yd) Reinforcing Steel - Coated (Plan Quantity) Concrete Bridge Deck Removal As required, a contractor's license must be obtained from the Utah Department of Commerce. This Project Requires Using the Electronic Certified Payroll Program. See Attachment to Notice to Contractors. This is a P+t (Price + Time) Project. The Department Will Not Hold Retention on This Project. Per Utah State Code 13-8-5 (1) Prime Contractors Cannot Hold Retention. Refer to Utah Code 13-8-5 (1) for More Information.
