Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Provide labor materials, equipment, services and perform work necessary for the construction of the Project located in Maryville, Tennessee. Renovate three small one-story park buildings with one new roof and fresh exterior and interior painting. Remove a small building housing a tree exhibit. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, selective demolition, roofing, painting, masonry, flashing and trim, lighting, and all necessary incidental work. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Contractors shall demonstrate applicable experience by submitting work references for either prime or sub-contractors. Bidders will be evaluated for applicable experience. Bids Shall Be Accompanied by a Cashier's or Bank Check or Bid Guarantee Bond in the Amount of No Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Bid Made Payable to City of Maryville, Owner, and Subject to the Conditions Provided in the Instruction for Bidders. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish an Acceptable Performance and Payment Bond in the Amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract Price, Each Bond. The project herein described as the base bid is to be completed within three (3) months (ninety (90) calendar days) after the date when the Contract Time commences to run. All bidders must be able to demonstrate before the award of the contract that the proposer (and subcontractors if applicable) has all appropriate licenses and certifications required in the State of Tennessee to perform the Services. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Irregularities or Reject Any or All Bids.
