The Town Purchasing Agent will issue notification of award in writing along with Standard Contract agreement and then a Purchase Order. The Award will be based on the best value that meets the specifications and scope of work along with detailed schedule. The Award shall be made after careful consideration of all factors including but not limited to price. The Town of Trumbull reserves the right to waive and/or reject any and all proposals or any part thereof, waive the information in the proposal process, and reject any unqualified proposals, or accept any proposal or part thereof, deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Trumbull. The successful proposer shall provide the Town Purchasing Agent with a Certificate of Insurance before work commences.
