The City of Tucker seeks to engage the services of a qualified contractor to provide right of way and public open space maintenance services throughout the Citys right of way via the Citys Public Works Department. These services shall include but are not limited to mowing, trimming, pruning, fallen tree removal, debris removal, after hours carcass removal, graffiti removal and street sweeping. The contract offered to the successful bidder shall be for a one-year period with two potential one-year extensions beginning on July 1, 2023. Because of the unpredictable changes in material cost, the City agrees to review and update the unit price rates on an annual basis based on the changes in the Municipal Cost Index (MCI). The MCI, developed exclusively by American City & County, is designed to show the effects of inflation on the cost of providing municipal services. Deadline for Questions APRIL 4, 2023, at 5:00 PM
