Renovation of an educational facility in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Florida State College at Jacksonville (here in after referred to as the "College", "Owner" or "FSCJ") is soliciting bids for select demolition as required to properly install a 20-year warranted PVC adhered membrane roof system over existing two-ply modified bitumen roof system inclusive of proper anchorage and attachment of equipment on or above the roof, sheet metal flashing and wood blocking as specified. Re-install and make repairs including connecting new equipment to the existing lightning protection system as required to provide master label certification. Scope of work defined per plans and specifications prepared by Akel Logan Shafer, PA . This project is being funded through the State of Florida Department of Education from the Federal American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act of 2021, Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund - Deferred Maintenance Program which requires compliance of Federal 2 CFR Part 200 Question Deadline 04/11/2023 at 5:00 PM ET .
