The opening hours of the School Service Center offices are from 8:30 am to 11:45 am and from 1 pm to 4 pm, Monday to Friday. This call for tenders is subject to the following intergovernmental agreements: - Trade and cooperation agreement between Quebec and Ontario; - Canadian Free Trade Agreement. The tenderer must enclose the following documents with his tender: - Tender form; - Authorization to sign; - Certificate relating to the probity of the tenderer; - Certificate from Revenu Québec or Absence of establishment in Québec; - Bid guarantee; - License required under the Building Act (CQLR, chapter B-1.1); - Contractor's construction insurance certificate; - Contractor's liability insurance certificate.
