Randolph Construction Group, Inc. (Construction Manager) for the School District of Palm Beach County (Owner) will receive proposals to provide relocation for modular units at Whispering Pines, Western Pines, Golden Grove and South Shop. The modulars will be relocated to the aforementioned schools. This project is time sensitive and critical to be completed as soon as possible. Scope of work includes, but not limited to, site preparation, modular relocations, demolition, excavation, grading, concrete footings, sidewalks, plumbing, drainage, electrical power, mechanical, masonry, metals, fire alarm, intercom, painting, roof repairs and gutters. Participation by small businesses and minority firms are strongly encouraged. The established minimum SBE sub-contractor participation goal for this project is 25% for SBE owned firms certified by the School District.
