Renovation of a medical facility in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Island Health will engage each of the consultants separately. The existing CIVA (Centralized Intravenous Additive Services) Pharmacy in the basement level of the D&T Building at RJH (Royal Jubilee Hospital) requires upgrading to bring the facility into acceptable conformance to College of Pharmacists of BC Standards. In particular the scope of the renovation will include, but not limited to, the following work: o Upgrade of the HVAC system to provide acceptable levels of ACPH that meet current National Association of Pharmacy Regulatory Authority (NAPRA) Standards. o Replacement of 4 stainless steel pass-throughs o Replace the ceilings in the prep room to be clean room standards o To provide HEPA air o To provide electronic differential pressure monitoring for rooms in preparation areas The pharmacy shall remain operational during the renovations. It is anticipated that the work will require up to 3 phases to keep the pharmacy operational. TIMELINE Project was publicly tendered and awarded. Coverage is discontinued.
