Renovation of a municipal facility in Wichita, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Rehabilitation of three (3) Sedgwick County Elevators in the Main Courthouse. This project will require phasing of all three (3) elevator updates as it is impossible to take the elevators out of service at one time due to the high use in this court building. Bid Security is required in the amount of at least 5% of the bid plus all additional alternates. In case of multiple prices in a bid or alternate, write for the maximum possible contract amount. Board of County Commissioners will consider award on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, although this date could change. Sedgwick County reserves the right to retain the Bid Security of the three (3) lowest Bidders until the successful Bidder has entered into a Contract or until 60 days after Bid opening, whichever is the shorter. All other Bid Securities will be returned as soon as practicable. Question Deadline 06/18/2026 at 5:00 PM CT Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make such requests , in writing only , to Lee Barrier , Purchasing Agent , at Euleeta.Barrier@sedgwick.gov
