PROJECT TITLE: Bellefonte State Fish Hatchery, Pleasant Gap State Fish Hatchery, Benner Spring State Fish Hatchery, Tylersville State Fish Hatchery - Hatchery Rehabilitation Project BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, is to improve the fish hatchery facilities to enhance the Commonwealth's aquatic resources and provide fishing and boating opportunities. Improvements in production, safety, efficiency and aesthetics for agency staff and visitors are prioritized targets for this project. The Department of General Services Capital Programs and the Bureau of Diversity, Inclusion and Small Business Opportunities identified this procurement as eligible for the setting of Small Diverse Business (SDB) and/or Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) participation goals. Applicants now must agree to meet the SDB and VBE Participation Goals in full or demonstrate that they have made Good Faith Efforts to meet the Goals.
