Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Faribault, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of 04/12/2023 Awarded with $737,676.76 The work includes approximate quantities of major items as follows: Mill Bituminous Pavement - 20,620 SY Bituminous Mixture - 3,650 TN Replace/Adjust Casting - 57 EA Repair Drainage Structure - 36 EA Concrete Curb and Gutter - 2,150 LF Concrete Sidewalk/Driveways - 8,600 SF All work is to be done in accordance with the MnDOT Standard Specifications for Construction - 2020 Edition and the 2022 Supplemental Specifications, the City Engineers Association of Minnesota Standard Specifications - 2018 Edition, and the Special Provisions. Only registered plan holders will be allowed to bid project. Bids must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond made in favor of the City of Faribault for at least 5% of the total bid amount. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of 30 days.
