Project involves the modernization of two existing electric overhead geared traction elevator systems at Leonard L. Williams Justice Center in Wilmington, Delaware. The scope of work also includes all related architectural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, and other appurtenances as indicated in the bid documents.
