Renovation of an educational facility in Highland Heights, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Northern Kentucky University's Landrum Academic Center stairwells are up for renovation including interior repainting maintenance. Scope for this ITB will consist of interior repainting of the stairwell walls, ceilings - (both previously painted and newly exposed), doors, frames, stair pans, handrails, stringers, risers, conduit and standpipe. Scope includes the demolition of the ACT ceilings at landings and the repair, patching, painting and repainting drywall areas. All areas should be cleaned, prepped per manufacturer's recommendation, and patched as necessary to accept new paint finish. Painting contractor will provide own scaffolding and dumpster. Electrical and HVAC renovations will be performed by others. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or technicalities, to clarify any ambiguities in bids. in the proposal. In case of error in extension or prices or other errors in calculation, the unit price shall govern. Further, the University reserves the right to make a single award, split awards, multiple awards or no award, whichever is in the best interest of the University.
