Site work and new construction of a stadium in Ankeny, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a 14,610-square-foot, two-story above grade stadium.

Scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: Two-story building with team rooms on a lower walkout track level and meeting rooms on the upper level. The lower level includes home and visitor team rooms and referee facilities with restrooms, showers, and training room access. The upper level will house restrooms, storage, and divisible meeting space with outdoor patios overlooking the complex. THIS PROJECT IS TWO-LEVEL, NEW CONSTRUCTION FACILITY FOR ANKENY DISTRICT ATHLETIC TEAM USE AND DISTRICT MEETING SPACES. THE PROJECT INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING, AND AS SHOWN/DESCRIBED THROUGHOUT THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: 1. UPPER LEVEL CONTAINS THREE MEETING SPACES, STORAGE AND RESTROOMS TO SUPPORT ASSEMBLY NEEDS, AS WELL AS EXTERIOR PATIO AREAS FOR VIEWING. 2. LOWER LEVEL CONTAINS TWO TEAM ROOMS SUPPORTED BY AN OFFICE, SHOWER & RESTROOMS, AND STORAGE TO SUPPORT MID-GAME TEAM NEEDS, AS WELL AS OFFICIAL LOCKERS & RESTROOMS AND SINGLE-USER RESTROOMS WITH EXTERIOR ACCESS ONLY. 3. ASSOCIATED SITE, MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, AND PLUMBING WORK AS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE WORK INCLUDED IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS Bid documents will be available for viewing at the Ankeny CSD Construction Director's office, 406 SW School Street, Ankeny, Iowa, the Architect/Engineer's office, 1466 28th Street, Suite 200, West Des Moines, Iowa 50266, Bids will be received and project constructed under a single prime contract. Bids must be on a lump sum basis. Material Procurement and Shop Drawings may begin May 2, 2023. Work to commence on or about July 25, 2023, and be substantially complete on or before July 15, 2024. Final Acceptance of the Project shall be on or before August 1, 2024.
