Location: Manager's residence at Monahans Sandhills State Park, Park Road 41, Monahans, TX 79756. General Scope of Work: Remove/Repair the exterior of a one-story residential building. Work shall include demolition, carpentry, stucco repair, insulation replacement, flexible HVAC duct replacement, door and window installation, siding replacement, painting, and limited roof repair, in accordance with the Invitation for Bids and Contract Documents. The on-line video conference will be conducted using Microsoft(R) Teams. Bidders may use their browser to access the meeting or a Microsoft(R) Teams application. Important Note: In order to receive the Teams(TM) calendar invitation to the pre-bid online video conference, Bidders must pre-register. Following the on-line video conference, the PowerPoint(TM) presentation will be posted to the Electronic State Business Daily. Prior to the on-line video conference, TPWD will send an email calendar invitation containing information about joining the on-line video conference to each requestor. Although the pre-bid on-line video conference is not mandatory, Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend as important information regarding Bidding requirements and the Project will be discussed. Failure to give proper consideration to site conditions when preparing the bid will not constitute grounds for additional compensation. A visit to the project site is not mandatory, however, TPWD strongly encourages potential bidders to view the project site and offers no guarantee that the project site will be accessible to potential bidders at any time other than the time specified in this solicitation package. Therefore, failure to take advantage of the site visit time listed herein may result in potential bidders who are unable to visit the project site at all.
