Site work for a water / sewer project in Saint Augustine, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work for this project generally includes provision of all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary for dredging of the Riverdale Boat Ramp located at 980 CR13 S., St. Augustine, Florida 32092. Contractor shall be responsible to obtain all necessary permits including the Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) Nationwide Permit #35, and Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) permits or FDEP exemption letter. The Contractor shall provide copies of these permit documents to the County prior to commencement of dredging, and shall maintain copies on the job site. Any and all questions related to this project shall be directed, in writing, to the Designated Point of Contact. Questions are due no later than Four o'clock (4:00PM) EDST on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, so that any necessary addenda may be issued in a timely manner. Any questions received after the deadline will not be answered unless previously approved by the SJC Purchasing Manager or other designated County Representative.
