The purpose of this mandate is to award a contract for the development, planning and execution of environmental characterization studies, phases I, II and/or III for three potentially contaminated sites resulting from past hydrocarbon exploration as well as from the presence of any other source of contamination resulting from these activities . The well sites covered by this call for tenders are: C054, CS01, C102 and C113. Indigenous consultation is required for these sites. This contract will begin on the date of signature by both parties and end no later than November 29, 2024 . The tender must be presented by a service provider having an establishment in Quebec where it carries out its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified with its name and accessible during normal business hours. The Minister particularly draws your attention to clauses 3.15 and 3.16 of the call for tenders document which indicate the conditions of eligibility of service providers to tender and compliance of tenders to be respected within the framework of this call for tenders. The service provider must be qualified on the "PQ-DERG-CARAC-2022" list for carrying out environmental characterization and rehabilitation of inactive hydrocarbon well sites. The Department does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
