Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lincoln Park, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The proposed project consists of the complete reconstruction and water main replacement of Pagel Avenue from Dix Highway to Porter Avenue, Gregory Avenue from Dix Highway to Fort St, and Merrill Avenue and Stewart from Dix Highway to Lafayette. The water main replacement work will consist of approximately 4800 feet of Direction Drill, 9,600 feet of Pipe Bursting, and 1300 feet of Open Cut and including new fire hydrants, gave & Well, D-Box, Water Service Transfers, and Lead Water Service Replacement from the water main to the meter inside the buildings. There will also be some road, sidewalk, and drive approach work. The anticipated start date, Phase I, weather permitting is June 1, 2023, and substantially completed by December 15, 2023, with restoration final completion by April 30, 2024, and Phase II substantially completed by June 30, 2024, with restoration final completion by July 30, 2024. Bidders must deposit, with their bid, surety in the form of a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 90 days after the date of the bid opened.
