As of August 11, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Work consists of installation of approximately 1,837 LF of 18" to 42" storm sewers, 2,768 LF of box culverts, 2,311 LF of 2" to 12" water and wastewater lines, 10,901 SY of HMAC and associated manholes, junction boxes and curb inlets, the construction of a roundabout and new or upgraded bicycle and pedestrian facilities at the Del Curto/Bluebonnet intersection to enhance safety and traffic operations. This work also includes the removal of existing sidewalk, removal and replacement of existing curb and gutter, construction of ADA compliant shared-use paths, pavement mill and overlay, new street pavement marking and new ramps All Bids shall be accompanied by an acceptable Bid guaranty in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid, as specified in Section 00100, Instructions to Bidders Performance and payment bonds when required shall be executed on forms furnished by OWNER. Each bond shall be issued in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Amount by a solvent corporate surety company authorized to do business in the State of Texas, and shall meet any other requirements established by law or by OWNER pursuant to applicable law. Contract Time is of the essence and all Work shall be substantially completed within seven hundred thirty-two (732) Calendar Days after date specified in the Notice to Proceed, in accordance with the Bid Form, Section 00300. Final completion shall be achieved within sixty (60) Calendar Days after substantial completion. Liquidated damages are one thousand two hundred eighty dollars ($1280) per Calendar Day for failure to substantially complete the work and eight hundred sixty dollars ($860) per Calendar Day for failure to achieve final completion within sixty (60) Calendar Days after substantial completion, in accordance with the Bid Form,
